THE RECEPTION CLOSES AT 8.00pm
If you need to arrive at the hotel after 8 p.m., it is essential to call us on +33 4 94 76 13 12 to obtain the necessary information on day of arrival.
No arrival is possible after 8 p.m. without having contacted us first.

Terms of cancellation & modification
In case of cancellation or modification up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the hotel does not charge a charge on the credit card provided. In the event of a late cancellation or modification, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation from the credit card provided. In the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation from the credit card provided.

Children and extra bed
All children under 2 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding in their parents' room.
All children under 2 years are charged €20 per night per person for cots.
All older children up to 12 years old are charged € 25 per night per person for the use of extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds or cots in a room is 1.
As the number of extra beds and baby cots is limited, please contact us.

Pets
Pets are admitted with a supplement of 10 €. One animal per room.

Swimming Pool
Access to the swimming pool is exclusively reserved to hotel guests.
On the day of departure, access to the swimming pool is no longer possible after 11 a.m.

Credit cards accepted
Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Carte Bleue.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the date of arrival.

HOTEL NON-SMOKING
We do not have an elevator and facilities for accommodating people with reduced mobility (disabled room, etc.)
Reception & Bar open every day from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm and until 9:00 pm July & August.

Disputes
After reporting at the service reception of the hotel and failing a satisfactory answer within 1 month, the customer can contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator whose contact details and referral procedures are available on his website: www.mtv.travel
